Photos: Kinosaki Onsen -Popular traditional hot spring town in Hyogo Prefecture

Kinosaki Onsen (Hyogo Prefecture) is a traditional hot spring town located on the Sea of Japan side of central Honshu. It takes about 2.5 hours by JR limited express train from Kyoto Station. At Kinosaki Onsen, you can experience various hot springs while walking around the city. In spring, cherry blossoms are wonderful. In summer, you can enjoy fireworks and Toro Nagashi (floating lanterns). And in winter, you can appreciate the crab caught in the Sea of Japan.
