Photos: Nanzenji Temple in Kyoto

Nanzenji is a very large temple. There are many sub temples inside. You can enjoy various unique traditional buildings and gardens. A recommended course in Kyoto is to take a stroll around Tetsugaku-no-michi (Philosopher’s Walk) from Ginkakuji, located in the northeast of Kyoto, and take a tour of Nanzenji and nearby Eikando.
