Kanagawa, just south of Tokyo, has something for everyone, from ancient temples and shrines to modern theme parks and shopping districts.

One of Kanagawa’s most popular tourist attractions is Kamakura, known for its rich history and stunning natural beauty. Here you can explore ancient shrines and temples, including the famous Kamakura Daibutsu. There are also beautiful beaches and hiking trails, so it is recommended for those who want to enjoy the scenery outdoors.

Another popular tourist destination in Kanagawa is Yokohama, a bustling city with a rich cultural heritage. You can stroll through Chinatown, taste local cuisine, and buy traditional Japanese souvenirs. It’s also packed with modern attractions like amusement parks and a futuristic harbor district.

For those who want to relax and unwind, Enoshima is the place for you. On this small island, you can not only enjoy the superb view of the sea and Mt. Fuji, but also have various attractions such as a lighthouse, a botanical garden, and an aquarium. And of course, no visit to Kanagawa would be complete without a visit to Hakone, a hot spring resort known for its spectacular views and relaxing atmosphere.
