The climate of Osaka is coldest in January and February every year like other Japanese cities. Osaka has almost the same climate as Tokyo. However, in January, Osaka is slightly colder than Tokyo.
Osaka has less rain in January. It can be said that the weather is convenient for traveling around sightseeing spots. However, it is cold, so do not forget to bring coats or jumpers.
