Tokyo in July is really hot and it is only getting hotter than ever before due to the effects of global warming. Numerous air conditioners are in operation and the city center is getting hotter from the exhaust.
Below is the meteorological data of Tokyo announced by the Japan Weather Association. As you can see, the maximum temperature during the day exceeds 30 degrees.
I have heard from acquaintances who came to Tokyo from Singapore before. Summer in Tokyo seems to be hotter than Singapore. I have been to Singapore a lot and I also believe this to be true. So, please take care of yourself and don’t forget to drink water frequently during the day to avoid heat stroke.
