In March, warm air flows up from the South. For this reason, the wind is generally strong in March. There are many cloudy days and it rains a lot.
The maximum temperature sometimes exceeds 20 degrees. However, it is not yet completely spring. The following day can sometimes drop by about 10 degrees and you could be trembling with cold.
Through a cycle of warm and cold weather it will gradually become spring in this way.
